I am head wild food forager and instructor for The Foragers, a team of hunters and gatherers based in Hertfordshire.

I spend my days searching the fields, hedgerows and forests for wild plants, fruits and fungi to supply to The Verulam Arms, a wild food pub-restaurant in St Albans, and share my knowledge of the wild by leading regular wild food classes, walks and workshops. The Foragers run corporate team building workshops and away days, and are available for private hire here.
